Decided to do a heavy session, so went with Deadlifts and OHP
Deadlifts (3-4min rest)
Warmup with some controlled 70kg then some speed reps.
set 1. 120kg x 5 reps
set 2. 140kg x 5 reps
set 3. 160kg x 2 reps
set 4. 180kg x 2 reps
set 5. 190kg x 1 rep
set 6. 120kg x 8 reps
OHP (Seated)
On this I tried to see how heavy I could go and did some tripples
set 1. 30kg x 3 reps
set 2. 35kg x 3 reps
set 3. 40kg x 3 reps
set 4. 45kg x 3 reps
set 5. 50kg x 3 reps
set 6. 55kg x 3 reps
set 7. 60kg x 3 reps
Shocked my self a bit on this one as I cant remember the last time I put 60kg above my head.
